Under this title, on February 9, 2026, Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki held a meeting of lecturers and students initiated by the Department of Educational Affairs within the framework of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, to the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 16 December 2025.

In light of the instructions and constructive initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, aimed at expanding activities on improvement, cleaning, greening, and beautification of every corner of the country, as well as within the framework of the “300 days of creation, construction and responsibility for the bright future of the Motherland” announced by the Chairman of Khatlon Region, collective субботники (community clean-up days) are regularly held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullo Rudaki. These initiatives are aimed at improving the environment, strengthening the culture of cleanliness, and involving more young people in public activities.

The flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is the most prominent symbol and representative of the nation, embodying its history, culture, and aspirations. The Supreme Council of Republic of Tajikistan on the 24th of November in 1992 adopted the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Approval of the regulations on the State Flag of the republic of Tajikistan." It serves as a powerful visual declaration of the countrys sovereignty and the collective spirit of the Tajik people. The flag is a horizontal tricolor of red, white, and green, with the colors arranged in a specific ratio of 2:3:2.
